RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are handled on a product by product basis. If you would like to return or exchange something, please notify us by calling Wayne at 330-280-0826 BEFORE sending it back. Save all packing materials. Send via UPS, if possible, and make sure to list the value for insurance purposes.

DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT BY SHIPPER
If you notice apparent damage at the time that the package is delivered, tell the driver, and the shipper will take the necessary steps to return it to us. If you have accepted damaged merchandise, please notify Wayne at 330-280-0826. We will then direct the shipper to inspect and pick up the damaged package.
